Absolutely LOVE this company. Kailey is a superhero. I’ve ordered from her twice now and will continue to do so for all of my upcoming gift giving events. Kailey and I were in conversation about getting a gift done for my friend’s baby shower and she sent it out days ahead of the party. The postal service never updated her about the order being delievered (two days before the party) and so she went out of her way to make a completely new product for me and DROVE it to my house herself (which is close to an hour from where she works). Even though I already received the item I needed she kindly went out of her busy way to make sure my order was fulfilled and I can’t begin to express my gratitude. Truly customer service like no other that I’ve ever experienced. I am a life-long Shire Stitches fan!!!!
